Implementation Toolkit

Built for Private Practices

01 / MEET THE OPERATOR

See why I built this system — and how I use it in my own practice.

A short founder overview of the real account, the operating logic and why I created this course.

02 / BUILT BY AN OPERATOR

Three things you should believe before this course is a fit.

01

The Mechanism

A measurable Google Ads system can capture valuable demand when tracking and economics are correct.

02

The Operator

I built and operate this in a real medical practice. I learned because my own calendar, capital and team depended on it.

03

It Can Be Adapted

You do not copy cardiology word for word. You copy the architecture and decision logic, then adapt specialty, geography, offer and economics.

Why listen to me — practitioner-built Google Ads

03 / THE OPERATING LOGIC

Patient acquisition is an economics problem before it is an advertising problem.

The mechanism is not “buy clicks and hope.” The mechanism is simple: capture measurable demand, track the completed booking, attach economic value to that booking, and make campaign decisions from real business outcomes.

01

Capture demand

Brand + acquisition campaigns

02

Track the booking

Use the deepest reliable conversion

03

Attach value

Not every appointment is worth the same

04

Operate from economics

CPA, actual ROAS, budget and capacity

The goal is not to make Google Ads look simple. The goal is to give you a system that is simple enough to understand and rigorous enough to operate.

From clean measurement to demand capture and scale.

04 / CONTROL, NOT COMPLEXITY

You do not need to become a professional media buyer.

You need to understand enough to make good business decisions.

Most private practice owners are in one of two situations: they are running Google Ads themselves and are not sure whether the account is structured correctly, or they are paying an agency or freelancer and have no reliable way to judge whether the strategy, budget, bidding, tracking or campaign setup makes sense. This course is designed to solve exactly that problem.

After this course, Google Ads should no longer feel like a black box.

Know what a booked patient is economically worth to your practice.

Know which conversions should actually guide bidding.

Understand why Brand Search and Performance Max have different jobs.

Know when an additional Search campaign is justified — and when it is not.

See the actual inputs I use: keywords, negatives, Search Themes, signals and campaign settings.

Build the core setup yourself or hand a precise brief to a freelancer.

Operate the account with a repeatable weekly decision process.

05 / YOUR PRACTICE, YOUR ECONOMICS

Built for private practices where one additional patient has meaningful economic value.

Short by design: approximately one hour of focused training. No filler, no certification, no attempt to turn you into a full-time media buyer.

07 / THE REAL ACCOUNT

Not just slides. A real account.

A major part of the training is based on the real Google Ads account I use for my own private practice. You will see the architecture, settings and decisions behind it — including what I changed when performance changed.

The point is not that my exact numbers will repeat in your market. The point is that you can see the operating logic in a live business rather than a hypothetical example.

08 / ADAPT THE LOGIC

The system is built around real services with different economic values.

A €275 appointment and a €1,430 check-up are not the same business outcome. That is why the course starts with economics and why conversion value matters.

This is one example from my own practice. You do not copy cardiology services. You adapt the same logic to the procedures, packages and patient values that matter in your own specialty.

09 / FROM UNDERSTANDING TO IMPLEMENTATION

The complete implementation toolkit.

Everything you need to rebuild and operate the system.

You do not need to use every file at once. These resources turn the course into an implementation system rather than a collection of videos.

Implementation toolkit — SOP, workbook and tracking brief

A

Google Ads Operating SOP

The operating playbook: account architecture, bidding, budgets, PMax, Search, Demand Gen, KPIs, review cadence, troubleshooting and live input libraries.

B

Copy My Google Ads Setup Workbook

The implementation workbook with current architecture, Brand keywords, negatives, PMax Search Themes, Audience Signals, campaign settings and handoff sheets.

C

Private Practice Ads Economics Calculator

Model patient value, break-even CPA, ROAS, Target CPA, new-patient CAC and scenario trade-offs before you constrain the campaigns.

D

Conversion Tracking Implementation Brief

A visual build and acceptance brief for booking-focused tracking: completed booking, value, GTM, Google Ads Goals, consent and QA.

E

GTM Tracking Template + Setup Guide

A sanitized version of the tracking architecture used in my live practice. Replace account-specific values, adapt consent and validate before publishing.

F

Google Ads Freelancer Brief

A compact implementation and acceptance checklist you can hand to the person building or auditing the account.

Recommended path: Economics → Account Setup → Tracking → Launch → Operating SOP

The goal is not to copy my cardiology practice word for word. Copy the architecture, measurement principles and decision logic — then adapt the specialty, geography, services and economics to your own practice.

10 / KEEP STRATEGIC CONTROL

You do not have to run Google Ads yourself.

One of the biggest advantages of understanding the system is being able to delegate intelligently.

“This is the account structure I want. These are the conversions that matter. This is how patient value should be measured. These are the Search Themes and exclusions. This is how I want the build validated.”

That is a very different relationship from simply telling someone: “Please run Google Ads for my clinic.”

11 / PHYSICIAN TO PHYSICIAN

Why learn this from a physician?

I am not a marketing agency. I am a cardiologist and private practice owner.

I built my practice from zero. My own money was at risk, the appointment calendar had to fill, and over time the business had to become strong enough to hire other physicians.

I learned digital marketing from the operator’s side because I needed to understand the economics myself — not simply outsource the decisions. Over the years, I have put more than €300,000 of my own money into paid acquisition and the learning curve around it. Some of it produced excellent returns. Some of it was expensive tuition.

Today, I spend much more of my time on management and growth than I did when I started. This course is the condensed operating system I wish I had understood earlier.

That does not mean your practice will reproduce my results. It means the framework was built inside the same kind of business problem you are trying to solve.

Daniel Szafarczyk · Cardiologist & private practice owner

12 / SHORT BY DESIGN

You are buying the blueprint, not the video length.

This is not a 20-hour marketing course. You are running a practice. You do not need another content library.

What campaigns should I run?

What should I measure?

What can I afford to pay for a patient?

Should I use Search or Performance Max?

What should my freelancer actually build?

How do I know whether the account is creating economic value?

If the framework helps you avoid one poor budget decision, identify one broken tracking setup, or acquire even a small number of additional valuable patients, the economic value can be far greater than the price of the course.

14 / IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?

A blueprint for owners who want more control.

Good fit if:

You own or manage a private practice or clinic.

You spend money on Google Ads or plan to.

You want to understand patient-acquisition economics.

You want more control over your marketing.

You want to build the core setup yourself or supervise a freelancer.

You are willing to measure actual bookings and value.

Not a fit if:

You want a fully done-for-you marketing service.

You expect guaranteed results.

You do not have a functioning service or booking process.

You want a generic beginner course covering every Google Ads feature.

You do not want to measure business outcomes.

15 / YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A few things worth knowing.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Stop treating Google Ads like a black box.

You do not need to know everything Google knows. You need the right economics, the right account structure, meaningful conversion tracking and enough operational control to make better decisions.

Build it yourself. Or give the blueprint to someone who will.
